4. Real-money trading (RMT) or selling of in-game items/currency
5. Impersonation of server staff or other players
6. Sharing of personal information without consent

1. All user-generated content must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
2. The Server reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove any content.
3. Users retain ownership of their original content while granting the Server license to use and display such content.

1. Server administrators reserve the right to issue warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans.
2. Penalties will be issued based on the severity and frequency of violations.
3. Appeals must follow the designated appeal process outlined in our Discord server.

1. The Server reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.
2. Users will be notified of significant changes through our official Discord server or website.

1. The Server is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind.
2. The Server does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of any content or services.

1. User data collection and processing comply with applicable privacy laws.
2. Users consent to the collection of necessary data for server operation and improvement.
3. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

1. Refunds are not provided for any reason.
2. All purchases are final and non-refundable.
